Terms and Conditions:
Explorer invoices on the basis of labour time and materials. For Mobile Service, there is a Call Out fee to cover travel/loading/admin (more for longer trips); Time charged includes all work on boat, in shop, and sourcing parts. Invoice will include all parts, plus 5% consumables for items like fuel, tape, safety gear, rags, specialty tooling, etc., plus taxes.
Credit card number is required to book work. By providing Credit card, client authorizes Explorer to process deposits, milestone payments and final payment using credit card. A processing fee of 2.9% will apply.
Deposits and/or milestone payments will be required for jobs over $300. Final payment due sooner of vessel launch or invoice presentation.
Client is responsible for full payment of invoice.
Explorer is not liable for lost/stolen property, incidental or consequential damage, or any monetary/material loss resulting from its work. Explorer is not responsible for unobserved problems or damage. Estimate errors and omissions are excluded.
Client agrees to terms by either providing credit card information or signing estimate.
